About me
Pien Obbes is a business transaction advisor in the firm’s Corporate Department. She supports clients on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, with experience assisting on mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, and transaction documentation. Pien works closely with deal teams to help clients navigate complex transactions efficiently and strategically.
Pien has experience supporting private equity–backed transactions and advising on corporate matters involving innovative, technology-driven, and healthcare-focused businesses. Her work includes assisting with due diligence reviews, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, and supporting negotiations across various stages of the deal lifecycle. Pien is admitted to the Dutch bar.
