Hendricks’ work spans a range of industries, including aquaculture, chemicals, wood products, and metals, where he helps clients understand and comply with evolving trade regulations.
Calling upon his experience as a senior attorney in the Office of the Chief Counsel for Trade Enforcement and Compliance at the U.S. Department of Commerce, Hendricks advises clients on legal matters arising in administrative agency proceedings and the regulatory rulemaking process. He has deep knowledge of trade remedies law, non-market economy methodologies, and countervailing subsidy analysis and is skilled in drafting briefs, motions, and remand comments in a range of litigation proceedings.
